Kanaha Stand Up Paddle $340.00

Not everybody who decides to try standup paddling decides to try the exact same type of standup paddling. In standup paddling, the old saying ?Different strokes for different folks? is certainly true. It makes sense, then, that there are different types of standup surf paddles, and Quick Blade makes three. The Elite Racer paddle is for real speed, whether standup paddling in the surf, on the ocean or on a lake. The Peahi is for those who prefer to take on bigger waves with their standup surfboard. And the Kanaha is for lakes or mild surf standup paddling. The Kanaha standup paddle is named after the famous Kanaha surf break on Maui. The Kanaha standup paddle gives you an extremely efficient and durable blade. It features a slight dihedral on both sides of the all-carbon blade, which improves stability along the longitudinal axis during the power phase, meaning you don?t have to fight to keep the blade from twisting as you paddle. The Kanaha blade also incorporates an ABS plastic edge for improved impact strength. All of this technology resides at the end of a smooth, lightweight carbon fiber shaft, for a strong paddle that won?t fatigue your shoulders lifting it in and out of the water all day long.
