Believe it or not, putting a staff together for Harbour Surfboards is not an easy task. Yes, everyone wants to “work” at a surf shop but very few are actually qualified to do so. Clearly the reputation of a 50 year+ business is at stake with every action the staff does both in the shop and out in the water. The entire staff surfs very well, which gives them practical knowledge. They have all been trained in design and construction from the 60′s up to the present day. The staff are all in college bettering themselves day in and day out. They all understand fabrics to neoprene and all work very closely with the companies in our industry.
