Halloween Log Jam!
Congratulations to our newest staff member, Scotty “Foreman” Sousa for taking first place in the Open Men’s Longboard Division at the Halloween Log Jam this weekend! Lloyd Vanvorce also took 1st place in the Senior Men’s Longboard Division! A solid finish for the Harbour Team!
There’s an eerie stillness here in Seal Beach, CA. All you can hear is the sound of the constant helicopter hoovering above and I’ve had KNX 1070 playing through my laptop all afternoon, describing how the event played out. No matter how many times I hear it, I still can’t believe it. I’m not going to even bother with the “why?” in this event right now…all I know is we’re blessed to live to see another day and I will take it for what it is. Thank you to all those that called in and checked on us. We’re fine. Our prayers go out to the friends and families of those innocent people that were murdered today. Peace…please.
